Good News Among the Bad?
Here's a link to, and a copy of, a recent opinion piece written by conservative David Brooks on President Obama's attention to community colleges. With California slashing funding for community colleges, maybe this piece is a little glimmer of good news?

I read the same article in the newspaper with great interest. I agree with what the commentator says here. I noticed that the Obama plan also includes boatloads of dollars for online education, which we in the dept. might begin seriously considering. Thanks for sharing this column, Larry.
