Student Success Act of 2012: SB 1456

On Tuesday afternoon, the California State Assembly passed the Student Success Act of 2012, SB 1456, with a 65-0 vote. Today, the Senate has also passed the bill as amended. It now moves to the desk of Governor Brown for his signature. This is what has become of the controversial Student Success Task Force issues one year on. Click here for the bill as amended.
