Thanks for allowing me to share it in this forum. The song is linked to fund raising for media that could raise awareness and support new laws against child rapists. I am not sure of what policy would work, but a one strike law, like the one this song supports, would certainly make sense.
California's system also needs to improve. For example, it makes no sense for released sex offenders to register themselves. Someone from law enforcement needs to register them and continue checking on them.
