Mini Cooler in H-222

Palomar College has recently been awarded some mini-coolers to expand access to perishable foods as an extension of its Food & Nutrition Center. These coolers are intended to house food form our local food bank to share with students and staff.

Our dept. has been identified as an area that may have a high population of food bank users, so we have been provided with one of these mini-coolers.

It is located in the ESL Tutoring Center in room H-222. Today, Melissa, the ESL Center Coordinator, picked up some apples and water for our mini-cooler. All are welcome to come by and help themselves. Even though the Center is not technically open for the semester until next week, Melissa works regular hours in there.
