Recently, CareerBuilder, a "global, end-to-end human capital solutions company," ran a nationwide survey and confirmed a trend shifting from a high school diploma required for entry-level clerical work to a bachelor's degree. I think there is this need for our students to stay in school and go as far as they can in education in order to have a better life in the future.
