Now that even our noncredit classes are required to abide by the college's finals week schedule, you can find the specifics in the current semester's class schedule book. For this spring 2013 semester, the info is on page 116 for San Marcos and page 117 for Escondido or online here: http://www.palomar.edu/schedule/full/2013-spring-complete.pdf#page=116.
If you follow Palomar's news closely, you are certainly aware of the latest changes made to our academic calendar for the next school. It has resulted, if my understanding is correct, from the discovery that Palomar only has 15 Mondays of instruction in a semester instead of a required 16, which does not make a whole lot of sense to a lot of people. One would think that the total instructional days should just count the days in a semester, not how many Mondays, how many Tuesday, etc. Well, in everything, there is some bureaucracy. So, our next spring semester will begin a week earlier than all the previously spring semester, for example. The Union and the College Admin will continue to work on a more permanent fix beyond next school year. The newly modified 2013-2014 academic calendar can be downloaded here: http://www.palomar.edu/admissions/AcadCal_13_14.pdf.
