Teacher Training in Azerbaijan

I wanted to share this short blurb about my trip to Baku, Azerbaijan where I trained English instructors at the National Aviation Academy. My colleague from the Monterey Institute and I conducted a curriculum design workshop with an emphasis on content-based instruction and communicative language teaching. As you can see, I got to sit in the flight simulator!
