NBC Learn Within Blackboard

If you are using Blackboard for your class, you should try a new feature called "NBC Learn." It allows you to quickly search for and deploy video content that enriches your teaching. A couple of weeks ago, I was able to find a 2008 NBC animated clip about the word stem for "phobia" as my class was engaged in a "phobia" project.

Palomar has this feature only on a trial basis through Oct., though. So you might want to hurry if you want to add media-rich content to your BB site.
